You are not imagining it

These aren't separate problems. They're one tired system.

For years you've been told it's hormones, age, or "just what happens." But underneath the hot flashes and the sleepless nights is a nervous system that has been in fight-or-flight for far too long.

When the body finally feels safe, so much of this softens. Not with more effort — with rest, breath, and gentleness.

"Your body isn't broken. It's overwhelmed — and it's waiting for permission to rest."

The nervous-system reset

From overwhelm to ease — in one gentle morning

We won't fight your symptoms. We'll speak to the system underneath them — guiding your body out of survival mode and back into calm.

01

An overwhelmed body

Stuck in fight-or-flight, your system runs hot — fueling the flashes, the wakefulness, the unease.

02

The breath as a doorway

Slow, healing pranayama signals safety to the brain — the one switch you can reach consciously.

03

A system at rest

As calm returns, sleep deepens, moods steady, and the body remembers how to soften on its own.

What the morning holds

45 minutes, made only for you

No striving, no perfect poses. Just a quiet, guided practice you can do in your own living room.

Gentle, restorative asanas

Soft, supported movement that releases tension from the hips, shoulders and belly — no flexibility or fitness required.

Healing pranayama

Breath practices rooted in the KYM tradition that cool the body, quiet the mind and gently reset your stress response.

Personal attention

With only a handful of women, this isn't a crowded class. You'll be seen, guided and adjusted as an individual.

Take it home with you

You'll leave with a few simple breath tools to reach for at 3 AM, mid–hot-flash, or any moment the wave returns.

Why invite-only

Deep work needs space.

"I'd rather hold five women closely than fifty from a distance."

This morning is intentionally small — only 5 to 10 women. In a quiet circle, I can watch how you breathe, notice where you hold tension, and meet you where you actually are.

That kind of care simply isn't possible in a crowd. So instead of opening the doors to everyone, we invite a few. If this season of your life feels heavy, this space was made for you.

Founder, Yatha Shakti · Breath-led yoga for women

For more than fifteen years, Anubha has guided women back to their breath — and through it, back to themselves. Her teaching is rooted in the classical KYM (Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram) tradition, where yoga meets each person exactly as they are: yatha shakti — "according to one's own capacity."

Her work with women in their 40s and 50s is gentle, unhurried and deeply personal. No pressure to bend, perform or push — only an invitation to slow down and feel held.
