About the classes

I offer simple yoga classes with low to medium intensity that aim at general fitness and well-being. My classes are easy paced and requires no prior experience of Yoga. In line with my Yoga lineage emphasis is laid on breath and modification of asanas to help the individual derive maximum benefit from the practice.

These classes focus on general fitness working on both strength as well as flexibility that are easy to follow online. These will be low to medium intensity and will aim at general fitness. The classes are open to all irrespective of previous experience with Yoga.

These classes are ideal for you if you have a health condition that prevents you from attending group classes and requires asanas to be modified as per your requirements, or if you are unsure about starting your Yoga journey and want to test it out before opting for a group class.

These classes are completely tailored to your requirements and adaptations are made during the class to help you derive the benefit of a posture without compromising your health.

Please note these classes are not therapy classes.
